During 2006 and 2007, they were responsible for producing the best-selling brand of acoustic guitar in the UK and Ireland. Initially they only served those two countries but they later expanded into the American market. In 2007, 2008 and 2009, they were the best-selling acoustic guitar brand according to a survey by MI Pro.

Some of the UK’s most competent luthiers work on designing their instruments. Besides this, some of the finest quality tone woods and meticulous craftsmanship also play a part in their overall superb quality. Every one of their guitars is set-up and checked in the UK and then re-checked by BBZ guitars. This is all carried out before they are made available to the public so that by the time they are played at home, they are in perfect condition.

The Tanglewood family comprise acoustic, electro acoustic and bass guitars in various shapes and sizes and each one are of superb quality. Included in their range are Folk, Super Folk, Dreadnought and Jumbo. They come in series such as Sundance, Premier, Heritage and Evolution and are available to suit all budget and levels of experience.

They are available in a wide and diverse range, however, from entry-level to professional all-solid. They are also available in a range of body shapes, adornments and finishes.
